What do you charge?
Call-outs are £65 for the first hour on site, then £43.75 an hour after that. Larger or more complex jobs are priced individually and quotes are free. Jobs more than 30 minutes' drive away may carry a fuel charge.

How much does an EICR cost?
Domestic reports start at £175, covering the consumer unit and the first five circuits, then £25 per additional circuit and £50 per extra sub-board. As a guide: a 1–2 bed flat is £200–£250, a 3-bed house £300–£350 and a 4+ bed house £350–£425+.
Commercial testing starts at a £200 mobilisation fee, then £25 per identified circuit and £35 per unidentified circuit. Any remedial work is quoted separately.
A word on speed: if an EICR takes 45 minutes, it isn't safe. Imperia does the job properly.
Do you install EV chargers?
Yes — Zappi chargers, supplied and installed for homes and businesses. Each installation is quoted for the property.
